Summer Camp Questions? http://www.seancoaching.com/camps-faq/

The first question you must ask yourself is how much do you want to improve? How committed are you? And what are your goals? This will help Sean determine an appropriate lesson plan for you. You can request lessons by contacting Sean at sean.coaching@gmail.com. Once Sean has been given some information, a time is mutually agreed upon for the lessons. *Note* lessons do not need to be at the same time every week, however, for scheduling reasons, it is much easier to try and keep the same time every week and it helps with consistency.
Yes, all lessons require memberships to the Craig Henry Tennis Club. We are offering a “Coaching membership” which gives you the privileges of being able to take lessons only and signicantly cheaper than a membership. I strongly encourage all players to take out a full membership, taking lessons and playing on your own time is the fastest and most efficient way to improve!
If the courts are rained out or too wet to play. The class will be cancelled. We will try to find a mutual agreed time if possible to make up the lost class or the classes would resume next week with no class charged. If it rained earlier in the day, you will be texted the current status of the upcoming lesson that day. You can always text the coach as well. No news is good news, if the coach does not communicate with you, that means the lesson is on. Often times, its tricky to figure out the weather. The coach wil do their best to keep you posted on the status of the upcoming lesson as well.
Notice of cancellation must be given at least 24 hours prior to the start of the lesson, otherwise the lesson will be charged in full. This can be done preferably via text.

Generally speaking, communication will be via email until lessons are officially organized. Afterwards, it’s always best to text for ease of communication, it also helps the coach, and the client have a log of changes or cancellations to their weekly lessons etc.  Texts replies are generally pretty speedy. Phone Calls should be used only as absolute emergencies
